I modified this from Kraft Foods when I found I didn't have the right stuff.

32 oz fat free plain yogurt
1 packet (4 servings) raspberry Jello, sugar free
1 packet (4 servings) chocolate pudding, fat free, sugar free

Put the yogurt and the jello in a large, microwavable bowl. Nuke for 1 1/2 minutes and then stir very well. Nuke again for another minute and stir. If the jello is not yet dissolved, continue to heat and stir in 30 second bursts until dissolved.

Let it cool for a little bit, then stir/whisk in the chocolate pudding until smooth - no icky globs.

Either put it in a shallow dish, a bowl, back in the yogurt container, or into separate cups for serving. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until set. Enjoy!

No fat and 9 grams of sugar. Good protein and calcium source! Great for dessert or even a snack! The raspberry is very tart but the chocolate deliciously mild.

Try it!

Oh wow that sounds good. I luuuuurve yogurt and occasionally mix chocolatey goodness into it (I also used to put powdered chocolate in a blender with tofu when I was living in Japan, omigod YUM, I highly recommend it), but the rasberry goodness sounds well, good as well. I will have to try it. =)
Sounds yummy!!!!
you are trying to kill me. 32 oz of yogurt?
