You made 1.5 weeks' worth of meals on a day of record-breaking heat?

You're a domestic empress.
Yeah, and with no AC either...in retrospect, it wasn't the smartest thing I've done.

BUT - I made meatloaf for dinner last night and I have the following in the fridge:
8 grilled chicken breasts (some of which will be turned into chicken salad tonight)
Meatballs that just need a sauce
Spaghetti Sauce (not for meatballs)
Taco Meat
So maybe only about a week, but JOnathan and I will probably eat out once this week.

However, it feels really good to have a fridge full of healthy food (I used a mix of 99% turkey meat with 96% ground beef) that will take little effort to whip up. Plus a freezer full of frozen veggies and fresh veggies in the fridge.

I RULE (I swelter, but I rule)
