My journal is called [15% Prettier], because [It's my favorite Richard Brautigan poem and describes me almost perfectly].

My subtitle is [Relinquite spem omnes qui hic intrant] because [latin is cool and so is Zork].

My friends page is called [Partners in Crime] because [I used up all my originality on my journal name and subtitle].

My username is [fantom07] because [it's my EC name and number, and I'm dumb].

My default userpic is [Billy Idol as an Eggplant] because [it's one of the coolest things I've ever seen].

Bonus points: Who knows how to pronounce "meme" correctly with out looking it up?
My journal is called [Kubryk's Korner], because [it's my little area to rant and rave].

My subtitle is [my little anti-pop culture manifesto in the making] because [I want to seem subversive, which I thinK i can be at times].

My friends page is called [All the little people] because [it sounds badass :-p].

My username is [kubryk] because [it's my bigname and wasn't taken].

My default userpic is [K U B R Y K] because [it's the name of a polish folk band and i snaked it off the web from some fan site of theirs or something].
My journal is called [Conversation with myself] because essentially that is what it is.

My subtitle is [If i knew all the words i would write myself out of here]. It's from the same song as my journal title, and i thought it was rather interesting.

My username is [Lytledebbi]...this is a long story, i'll try to paraphrase. One day natalie and i were at the YMCA freshman year of highschool, waiting for a yoga class to start (we were very early). We had recently watched the Matrix, and decided to play a Matrix game. We ran around jumping out and shooting each other, and had code names (mine was lytledebbi). The funniest part is that once i jumped out and shot a woman who wasn't natalie. She just stood there for a second, then shot me back! hehe.

My friends page is [if dreams were like movies then memories are films about ghosts] because it's from a counting crows song i LOVE and i thought that it fit, and even if it doesn't i had to use it:)

My default user pic [picture of me] because it's one i actually like. I swap between that and calvin and hobbes.
I have always pronounced it with a hard e.

The first time I ever saw it was in the Jargon File, aka The Hacker's Dictionary... They define it as follows:

meme /meem/ n.

[coined by analogy with `gene', by Richard Dawkins] An idea considered as a replicator, esp. with the connotation that memes parasitize people into propagating them much as viruses do. Used esp. in the phrase `meme complex' denoting a group of mutually supporting memes that form an organized belief system, such as a religion. This lexicon is an (epidemiological) vector of the `hacker subculture' meme complex; each entry might be considered a meme. However, `meme' is often misused to mean `meme complex'. Use of the term connotes acceptance of the idea that in humans (and presumably other tool- and language-using sophonts) cultural evolution by selection of adaptive ideas has superseded biological evolution by selection of hereditary traits. Hackers find this idea congenial for tolerably obvious reasons.
My journal is called [龙笛的journal] it means Long Di's journal. Long Di is my Chinese name. Long Di means dragon flute in Chinese, and the Di is pronounced just like the 'D' in the alphabet.

My subtitle is [三天打鱼 两天晒网...] which means: 3 days of fishing and 2 days drying the nets. It is a metaphor for being lazy, or not working hard enough, which I don't want...

My friends page is [betta be watchin dis...] because you should watch it. It implies that more friends will eventually be added, when I have them. and those who had been watching it will be happy.

My username is [d_flat] I like the nickname 'D'. I also like music. While d-flat isn't my favorite note, it is the 'devil's note' of the G scale. I would prefer an F# or an E-flat, but those don't sound as cool.

My userpic was captured from an E.E. "Doc" Smith novel of the Skylark series. E.E. "Doc" Smith was a pulp sci-fi writer and this book was published in the late twenties. It represents me with a beard connected to cyberspace.

Thanks Meg. Didn't know you played EC. Haven't done that in a long, long time.
My journal is called [Spitfire Fires Off], because [well, i'm spitfire and i thought it was whittyish].

My subtitle is [Out Of The Strong Came Forth Buckeye.] which is also me, and came from a slogan maker.

My friends page is called [Bah - Don't be a stalker now] because [I love my friends and you can too, but don't love them ... too much].

My username is [spitfiresnc] because [it's my EC name and my frist college].

Extra Credit: Is it sad that I had to look most of it up?

My default userpic is [MATH from explodingdog.com] because [i'm a math geek, and proud of it!].
