Dr. Bunny

1) The PowerBall is up to $300 million.

2) Abby, do you want to buy tickets tonight?

3) What would YOU guys do with $300 million?
3a. Would you get the pay off right away or get the 20 year plan?
3b. Would you still work or quit your job?

4) I'm having trouble getting motivated to go to the gym. I have decided to spend at least part of my breaks every day walking up and down our stairs. We have five floors. This has nothing to do with the powerball.

5) Also nothing to do with powerball: This is just a diversion.

I modified this from Kraft Foods when I found I didn't have the right stuff.

32 oz fat free plain yogurt
1 packet (4 servings) raspberry Jello, sugar free
1 packet (4 servings) chocolate pudding, fat free, sugar free

Put the yogurt and the jello in a large, microwavable bowl. Nuke for 1 1/2 minutes and then stir very well. Nuke again for another minute and stir. If the jello is not yet dissolved, continue to heat and stir in 30 second bursts until dissolved.

Let it cool for a little bit, then stir/whisk in the chocolate pudding until smooth - no icky globs.

Either put it in a shallow dish, a bowl, back in the yogurt container, or into separate cups for serving. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until set. Enjoy!

No fat and 9 grams of sugar. Good protein and calcium source! Great for dessert or even a snack! The raspberry is very tart but the chocolate deliciously mild.

Try it!
