I've lost 15% of my body.
Yesterday I had my weigh in with Dr. Carol. Last week I had only lost 1 lbs (sorry for not reporting it). This week, however, I have lost another 6 pounds! For those who might be worried about such a loss all at once, just bare in mind that weight loss is not always consistant on week by week basis, but if you were to graph out my weekly loss and then draw a line through it, you would see that I have been, on avarage, losing 3.5 lbs a week. Some weeks it's more, some weeks it's less. But I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be, I'm not skipping ANY of my suppliments, I'm making sure I keep walking and still do my tai chi.
So what is 15% of my body?
And what weights 45 lbs?
