Here is a graph representing my actual weight loss vs. estimated weight loss of 3.5lbs a week (which, mathematically speaking, is where I should be at).


Blue line is my weight loss
Pink line is projected weight loss.

My projected weigh loss for the first week of January is 236lbs, I believe. Projected, mind you.
 
 
 
 
 
 
I like the graph. I like the approach to the weight loss. I like the weight loss. I like the stamina, the willpower, the lifestyle change. I like the idea of exercise, which I'm also addicted to.

But, mostly, I like you.
